The Alpha ESS SMILE-B3 (2.9 kWh Modul) is a high-performance battery storage system with a nominal capacity of 2.9 kWh, based on Alpha ESS SMILE-G3-BAT-10.1 cell technology. The system was launched in 2018 and was a proven solution for solar self-consumption optimization in residential and commercial buildings for several years.
This product reached its end-of-life status in 2021. Background: Batteriemodul SMILE-B3 der alten Generation discontinued. The manufacturer recommends as successor: new G3 cell generation.
